These Terms of Service govern your use of absolutoparfum.com and every purchase you make from it. The website is operated by ABS PARTNERS LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008128191), doing business as Absoluto Parfum. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us and how we operate

Absoluto Parfum is a fragrance brand owned by ABS PARTNERS LLC. Our registered office is in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Our products are stored and shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in China, and customer support is provided by email and WhatsApp. Our full details are on our Contact Information page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

3. Products

We sell fragrances and body care products under the Absoluto Parfum brand, including Deseo Absoluto and Impacto. We make every effort to show product images and descriptions accurately, but colors on your screen and the way a scent develops on your skin may vary. Fragrance perception is personal and is not a defect.

Our products are for external use only. Check the ingredient list on the packaging before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children, flames and heat.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. The total price, including product price, shipping costs and any taxes collected at checkout, is shown before you confirm your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment providers. Your payment method is charged when you place your order. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your destination. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in China. Processing times, delivery estimates, costs and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

7. Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless they are collected at checkout. Any such charges known at checkout are shown before you pay.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Absoluto Parfum, Deseo Absoluto and Impacto names, logos, product images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to ABS PARTNERS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to submit false orders or information; or to post content that is defamatory, infringing or offensive.

11. Reviews and comments

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store. You are responsible for your content and confirm it is truthful and does not infringe anyone's rights. We publish genuine customer reviews only.

Our website may link to third-party websites and services (such as Instagram or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived, including legal guarantees on the products you buy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABS PARTNERS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABS PARTNERS LLC and its members, managers and employees from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at contact@absolutoparfum.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country that grants you mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
